Join us for our weekly homeschool enrichment club for explorers ages 5-11 (K-5th grade). This club is a drop-off opportunity for homeschool and cyber school students to develop relationships with mixed age peers while engaging in exciting, hands-on lessons and activities. Each week features a new topic to be explored through living books, experiments, games, crafts, and demos. We also prioritize free play in the forest and creek play (seasonally) as well as playing gaga ball, and opportunities for reflection through nature journaling. Lessons are secular and based in nature. An indoor space is available, but we are outside as much as possible. MEC is run by a fellow homeschool mama who is an experienced nature play teacher. All club leaders have appropriate clearances.
